Introduction to Tai Chi
Begin learning our Tai Chi form with a focus on basic principles. Intended for people who are new to Tai
Chi or want a review before attending an ongoing class. This class may be taught in two parts.
Foundations of Tai Chi
Continue learning and developing your tai chi with a focus on set review, foundation exercises and
principles of Tai Chi. Provides ongoing instruction for those who have learned our Tai Chi form.
Blended Classes
Sometimes we will blend an Introduction to Tai Chi class with a Foundations of Tai Chi class. This is
helpful for new students and ongoing students alike. The opportunity to review the set with a beginner’s
mind allows one to improve the angles, direction and balance of the moves which in turn improves your
Tai Chi overall allowing for the integration of principles in a way that’s even more beneficial to your
health.
Lok Hup Ba Fa
A deeper look into the Lok Hup Ba Fa set for those who have learned it previously in a class or workshop. Lok Hup Practices are an opportunity for additional practice.
Sword and Saber Review
Review and practice your Sword and/or Saber to refresh your form while improving connections and
timing.
